Summary

We are seeking an UI developer / designer to the prototype, design and development of the target

applications user for our client.

As a member of the front-end team, tasks will consist of prototyping, defining reusable components and features, using best practices and standards.

The Ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS and Java Script and be familiar with visual tools and wireframes. As a team member, the candidate should take a proactive approach in communicating with team members and be willing to offer assistance or share knowledge with teammates when the need arises

Responsibilities

Working with BA’s and internal teams to ensure that features are being developed and supported with wireframes and other visual
Prototyping
Designing and developing system applications UI utilizing current trends, using efficient, secure and clear code following industry and company standards
Updating current user system look & feel
Improving overall user experience on company products
Working with the technology, testing, requirements and product teams involved in the frontend development process.
Working on mobile, tablet and desktop solutions.

Knowledge-experience

Graphic Design skills
3+ Years of experience in HTML5, CSS and JavaScript, including designing AJAX driven dynamic
applications
Strong knowledge of jQuery or/and AngularsJS
Strong knowledge of bootstrap or other CSS framework
Experience with design tools
Understanding of responsive design
Familiar with agile development processes.
Capabilities to Communicate designs to both technical and business audiences.
Experience of a financial services environment is an advantage.
Experience of working within-in a multi-cultural and remote team structure
Experience with nodejs and/or web sockets is an advantage
Experience mobile application development is an advantage
