With offices in Beroun, Dubai and Johannesburg, our small and highly talented development team is building a world-scalable platform, delivering the best Subscription Video-On‐Demand experience on the African continent and beyond. We are looking for passionate and creative problem solvers to join our team in Beroun, helping us develop and enhance our core components in-house and to ultimately invent something others haven’t thought of yet! We love to learn from each other, we get to influence the architecture and we are working on something scalable that will be accessed by millions across the continent.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provisioning new physical and virtual servers

• Deploying and managing backend services

• Managing databases, front-end servers and other support software and reporting out to keep team updated

• Monitoring the infrastructure and react to issues within company SLA’s

• Automating yourself out of your job, where applicable

• Strong Python coding skills

• Analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Reliability, responsibility and proactivity

• Strong sense of Ownership

• Openness to new ideas and approaches

Familiarity with any of:

• Understanding of networking and ability to debug network issues

• Previous experience with large-scale deployments

• Knowledge of video encoding and streaming principles
